Cancellation Policy *

Notice Period: To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us at least 14 days before the original event date. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 14 days of the original event may incur additional fees. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
