By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the use of your property for hosting an event with Rooted in Play: Hold Harmless: You, the property owner, agree to hold Rooted in Play, its employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of your property for the event. This includes but is not limited to any claims for property damage, personal injury, or loss that may occur as a result of the event. Property Damage: Rooted in Play is not responsible for any damage to your property, including but not limited to landscaping, structures, and personal items, that may occur during the setup, duration, or takedown of the event. You agree to assume full responsibility for any repairs or replacements needed as a result of the event. Insurance: Rooted in Play maintains general liability insurance that covers our activities. However, this insurance does not extend to cover any damages to the property or personal belongings of the property owner. You are encouraged to consult your own insurance provider to ensure adequate coverage for any potential risks associated with hosting the event. Event Conduct: You agree to provide a safe environment for the event and ensure that any necessary permissions or permits are obtained for the use of your property.
